A mortgage company has leased 2,500 square feet at a Cherry Hill office building, under a newly announced transaction by Vantage Real Estate Services.
Brokers with the firm represented the tenant, Nation Mac Mortgage, in its relocation to 1060 Kings Highway. The company is leasing the space from Needleman Management Co., with a new location that offers quick access to routes 70 and 73 and Interstate 295.
Emily Stein, Vantage RES’ director of health care services, and Ken Richardson, senior adviser, completed the assignment.
“Nation Mac Mortgage found a perfect new home at 1060 Kings Highway. During the recent economic downturn due to COVID-19, it is even more critical to have a strong understanding of the market,” Stein said. “Our relationships with landlords, including Needleman Management Company, become even more important as we all need to be able to service clients, even more so during challenging times. All parties worked tirelessly to procure this space for Nation Mac. We know that they will be very successful in all future endeavors.”
Nation Mac will join co-tenants Senior Helpers, Needleman, Chiropractic Family Practice and Ergood Law.
“Needleman Management is proud to welcome the Nation Mac Mortgage team to our portfolio of tenants. Working with the professionals at Vantage was instrumental in creating this new relationship,” said Jackie Needleman. “With Emily Stein’s and Ken Richardson’s clarity of the requirement, transparency of the budget, realistic term and other requirements, we were able to find the right space, in the right location, at the right price!”
