Dollar Tree is set to add seven locations in New Jersey, following a set of leases brokered by R.J. Brunelli & Co. LLC.
The real estate firm, which represents the chain throughout the state, said the locations include:
- 461 Route 46 in Fairfield, where Dollar Tree is slated to open an 11,513-square-foot endcap unit;
- 13 Cordier St. in Irvington, where the chain will occupy a newly built, 10,000-square-foot endcap space, slated to open in October 2019;
- The Galloping Hill Shopping Center in Union, where the chain leased 7,625 square feet in a former Mandee’s space and is slated to open in September;
- Indian Head Plaza in Toms River, in an 11,416-square-foot inline location slated to open in September;
- 24 Scotch Road in Ewing, where the chain signed a lease for a freestanding 9,600-square-foot former office and industrial space that is expected to open in March 2019;
- Cooper Town Center at 711 Evesham Ave. in Somerdale, where Dollar Tree leased 10,532 square feet of inline space;
- Paulsboro Plaza at 545 Broad St. in Paulsboro, in a 9,400-square-foot inline space that is expected to open this fall
“In particular, Dollar Tree represents another major milestone in the long-awaited redevelopment of the 40,000-square-foot Paulsboro Plaza, where a Sav-A-Lot discount supermarket replaced a vacant Acme last year,” said Danielle Brunelli, principal and president with R.J. Brunelli. “Both anchors and other recently added tenants fulfill important shopping needs for residents in the central part of Paulsboro.”
