CBRE has hired a new senior project manager in New Jersey.
The real estate services firm said Tuesday that Eric Brown has joined the project management team working in its Saddle Brook and East Brunswick offices. In the new role, he will work with clients to help manage the efforts of design consultants and general contractors.
“We are excited about Eric joining our project management team,” said Eric Wagner, senior director of CBRE’s New Jersey project management group. “His experience will serve our clients well as we continue to grow our practice significantly in New Jersey.”
CBRE said that, based on Brown’s experience, he will implement strategic planning for the execution of projects and cost controls to avoid cost overruns. Prior to joining the firm, he was a senior associate at VVA and managed several national headquarters projects in New Jersey.
Brown has represented national clients including Crayola, British Airways, New York Life, Dress Barn and Allergan, among others, CBRE said in a news release.
