A member of Denholtz Associates’ leasing team has earned her latest promotion during nearly a decade with the company.
In a news release, the developer and investment firm announced that it promoted Christina Jordan to director of leasing, touting her integral role in its 4.2 million-square-foot portfolio of office, industrial and flex buildings in the region. In the new role, she will be responsible for the administration, negotiation, tracking and execution of leases throughout the portfolio.
Jordan will also take a larger role in overseeing Denholtz’s leasing strategy and helping to streamline the firm’s leasing operations.
“Over the past eight years, our leasing team has been integral in driving our firm’s tremendous growth, as well as our high occupancy and exceptional tenant service across our portfolio,” said Kristine B. Hurlbut, senior vice president of leasing at Denholtz Associates. “A large part of this success is a direct result of Christina’s tireless work and invaluable contributions to our leasing team.
“Her experience and knowledge have made her a vital piece of our incredible success and this promotion serves as a recognition of that work and the long-term role we see for her at our firm.”
The Seton Hall University graduate joined the Matawan-based firm in 2010 as a tenant relations coordinator and later received a promotion to leasing associate. Prior to Denholtz, Jordan served as creative marketing manager for Titan Student Communities.
