A developer is set to unveil a new 74-unit apartment complex in Lakewood, with plans to open the property as soon as this fall.
The firm, TFE Properties, said it planned to start preleasing this month at the complex near Route 70 and New Hampshire Avenue. Known as Hampshire Crossing, the property will include a mix of one- and two-bedroom layouts and is expected to begin move-ins by October.
The developer touted the complex’s location in a wooded area near the Garden State Parkway and adjacent to E-Z Self Storage. Hampshire Crossing sits between downtown Lakewood, Brick and Toms River.
Each apartment will feature high-end finishes, appliances and layouts, along with amenities such as a fitness center, TFE said in a news release. Residents will have access to nearby shopping and entertainment including Ocean County Mall, Ocean County Park, Woodlake Country Club and Point Pleasant Beach.
“Our reputation precedes us,” said Erin Young, corporate operations administrator of TFE Properties. “Our properties are known for gorgeous curb appeal, and our on-site and off-site management teams are always responsive, proactive, and attentive.”
