WILENTZ TO REVAMP WOODBRIDGE
HEADQUARTERS AFTER RENEWAL
Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer PA is
staying put at its longtime home in
Woodbridge as part of a lease renewal
that will come with a major update of
its office space.
In a news release, the historic law
firm said the deal allows it to remain
at 90 Woodbridge Center Drive
through at least 2042. The renewal
includes two five-year options for
an undisclosed amount of space, as
reported by Law360, with renovation
plans that Wilentz said will create
a more modern, collaborative
workspace while increasing natural
light throughout the office and
enhancing comfort for attorneys, staff
and clients.
The practice announced the deal
in late February while highlighting
its deep roots in New Jersey and its
long-term commitment to the state’s
legal community. The 127-year-
old firm has anchored the roughly
245,000-square-foot building, also
known as the David T. Wilentz
Tower, since 1988.
“Our decision to renew our
headquarters lease reflects our
continued investment in New Jersey,
our clients and the communities we
serve,” said Angelo Cifaldi, president
and managing director of Wilentz.
“The redesigned space will feature
a modern
workspace to
better support
our attorneys
and staff while
providing a
comfortable
space for
meeting with
clients.”

Cifaldi represented the firm in the
renewal alongside Todd Lehder, co-
chair of the Wilentz real estate team,
and Tim Carr, its executive director.
