PROJECT SPOTLIGHT
We were pleased to assist our longtime
client Crow Holdings in its purchase of
25 Market St. in Elmwood Park, which
has been announced as the new head-
quarters of the MLB Network’s studios
and offices! This project was a truly
remarkable vision and execution by
Crow. It’s particularly gratifying to see
this property take on such an exciting
new life given its iconic history as the
site of a devastating fire five years ago
when owned by our previous client
Marcal Paper — a full circle moment
for Riker real estate and environmental
attorneys.
