A private investor acquired Village
Square Plaza, a 53,077-square-foot
center at 510-590 Lawrence Square
Blvd. in the Lawrenceville section
of Lawrence Township, for $11.35
million. Marcus & Millichap’s Alan
Cafi ero and Brent Hyldahl arranged
the sale.
A private investor purchased
Baldwin Shopping Center, a
45,135-square-foot property at 190-
200 Baldwin Road in Parsippany, for
$18.5 million. Marcus & Millichap’s
Alan Cafi ero, David Cafi ero and John
Moroz represented the seller and
procured the buyer. Bill Schlossman

assisted the seller on the listing side
of the transaction.
