THAT YOUR FIRM HAS WORKED ON RECENTLY?
Genova Burns has acted as land use/redevelopment counsel with respect to a 68-story residential building in
the heart of Journal Square in Jersey City and located on the property of the historic Jersey Journal building. The project includes a creative component that retains the façade of the Jersey Journal building, provides a wide plaza near the PATH Transportation Center and a multitude of retail. We have also acted as both transaction and land use/ redevelopment counsel for a property that has the potential to provide Jersey City’s creative response to the Highline in NYC — except that perhaps the views of New York’s skyline are better and more magnificent. That project includes,
of course a large, linear park component and trail path towards the Hudson River and some remarkably designed residential housing.
