TRANSACTION SPOTLIGHT
MSW recently represented a senior mezzanine lender
in connection with the negotiation of an Assignment in Lieu of Foreclosure agreement, acquiring the mezzanine borrower’s equity interests in eight (8) hotel properties located in six (6) states throughout the country. In furtherance to the transaction, MSW represented the senior mezzanine lender in connection with the assignment, modification and assumption of the approximately $109,000,000 senior loan secured by the hotel properties.
