MADISON HILL PROPERTIES sold St. George Harrison Apartments, a 60-unit complex at 400 Passaic Ave. in East Newark, to SELA Realty Investments for $19.5 million. Gebroe-Hammer Associates’ Niko Nicolaou represented the seller, while Adam Zweibel procured the buyer.
NOVEL PROPERTY VENTURES sold an 85- unit multifamily portfolio — including The Madison at 147 Main St. in Ridgefield, a 34-unit building known
as The Manor at 257 Grant Ave. in Cliffside Park and a 15-unit building
at 200-210 Broad Ave. in Leonia — to Titanium Capital Partners for $19.2 million. Robert Squires and Don Baxter of The Kislak Co. Inc. represented the sellers and procured the buyer.
KEVELSON FAMILY LLC sold a combined 57 units at 88-94 Tonnelle Ave. and 618-620 Summit Ave., both in the Journal Square section of Jersey City, along with 68 Clifton Place in the city’s

Nicolaou secured a separate listing to represent the seller and subsequently identified and procured the buyer, The Weingarten Group of Jersey
City. Progress Capital Partner Brad Domenico secured financing for the transaction.
A private investor sold 27 Church Terrace and 39 Washington St., a 28- unit apartment portfolio in Belleville, for $3.425 million. Marcus & Millichap’s Richard Gatto, Fahri Ozturk and the team of Alan Cafiero and Ben Sgambati brokered the transaction.

CF HOPEWELL CC&L LLC sold 800 North Road, a 31,519-square-foot former day care center property in Hopewell, to the Newgrange School of Princeton. Cushman & Wakefield’s Todd Elfand and Kevin Carton and the firm’s
New Jersey capital markets team represented the seller, while Mercer Oak Realty LLC represented the buyer.

the Brunswick Shopping Center,
a 288,000-square-foot property on Milltown Road in North Brunswick. Vanessa Fernandez-Kelty of Levin Management Corp. represented ownership.
