   Tulfra Real Estate and The Hampshire Cos. broke ground Aug. 12 on a 180-unit apartment community at 920 Belmont Ave. in North Haledon, joining members of the project team and other stakeholders from Investors Bank, JLL, Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners and Bowman Consulting.

     Iron Ore Properties and Deugen Development gathered in mid-August to break ground on a new mixed-use development at 104 Baker St. in Maplewood. Designed by Christian and Josh Uhl of UHL Architecture, the building will feature 11 luxury apartments and a two-story retail space.
