Schenck, Price, Smith and King LLP has hired James Polles as counsel in the firm’s land use and redevelopment and commercial real estate practice groups in Florham Park.

Eli Harari, a former real estate executive for a consumer electronics company, has joined Bussel Realty Corp. as a sales associate.
In his new role with the Edison- based firm,
Harari will
provide
brokerage
transaction
services to
landlords and
tenants in the
northern and
central New
Jersey industrial markets. He will specialize in relocating businesses from Brooklyn to the Garden State.
“We are happy to have Eli as an addition to our brokerage team
at BRC,” said Steve Bussel, BRC’s president. “He will be learning the northern and central New Jersey industrial market and assist our sales teams with clients and properties.”
In a news release, BRC said Harari formerly served as vice president for the real estate division at Southern Telecom, where he delivered hands-on strategic leadership and management of
all real estate initiatives. The firm touted him as an accomplished real estate and business management leader adept at identifying real estate opportunities, with expert knowledge of the New York City real estate market.

Yale University and a bachelor’s from Boston University, where she graduated magna cum laude.
Meantime, Munday recently finished a clerkship with New Jersey Tax Court Judge Kathi F.
Fiamingo, who
sits in Mount
Holly. In that
role, MSW said
she gained
invaluable
insight into the workings and decision-making process of the tax court.
A graduate of Syracuse University College of Law, Munday obtained a bachelor’s degree from Niagara University, graduating cum
laude, and holds a master’s in environmental science from SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry. RE
