   JMF Properties and RD Management recently marked the opening of a new Starbucks at Harbor View Marketplace, a mixed-use development off Route 440 in Bayonne. Premier Design + Build Group broke ground in October for a new 50,273-square-foot warehouse for MX Logistics, a transportation and logistics service provider, at 20 Constitution Ave. in Piscataway. The new building will be constructed using steel frame, load-bearing precast concrete panels, aluminum storefront and glass and glazing, with 10 offices, six restrooms, two huddle rooms, conference space and open workspace for up to 40 employees.
Somerset Development President Ralph Zucker (right) recently presented a check for nearly $5.2 million to Holmdel Mayor Greg Buontempo as part of the company’s redevelopment agreement for the Bell Works project in the township.
  The Crest Pointe Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center team recently welcomed health care colleagues and local dignitaries to mark the groundbreaking for a 3,000-square-foot building expansion at the Point Pleasant Beach skilled nursing facility. The expansion will house a new therapy gym as part of a multimillion-dollar renovation and specialty programming initiative.
     Lopatcong Mayor James Mengucci, Municipal Engineer Paul Sterbenz and other local officials joined Larken Associates on Oct. 8 to mark the opening of Autumn Ridge, a 198-unit apartment community along Route 57 in the township.
