  Representatives of J.G. Petrucci Co. Inc. and TD+Partners joined local officials in early March to unveil a 90-unit affordable housing property at 738-758 South Second St. in Plainfield, which has transformed a vacant lot in a densely populated neighborhood.
 Executives with Larken Associates joined project and industry partners on March 10 at The Oaks at Copper Chase, a 107-unit property under construction in York, Pennsylvania, for a celebration of National Women in Construction Week.
    The borough of Ridgefield broke ground in late January on a new 27,000-square-foot municipal complex, with local officials joining members of the project team with DMR Architects.
Spencer Savings Bank recently hosted a “Warm Up This Winter” drive in support of Bridges Outreach, a nonprofit organization headquartered in Union County, with employees donating hundreds of new socks, gloves, hats and scarves that were purchased via an Amazon Wishlist. Jose B. Guerrero,
the bank’s chairman and CEO said: “As a community bank, we continue to provide support to our community wherever it may be needed. We’re happy to support Bridges Outreach in their mission to help the homeless. They’ve been serving our community’s vulnerable population for decades.”
