In the role, Levy will leverage his previous multifamily fund finance experience with Lexington Realty Capital and Capitol Hartford LLC to drive the analytical work for Hampshire’s investment funds and direct multifamily investments, including asset and portfolio underwriting and cash flow projections, as well as performing market research according to fund strategy and asset type.
Working with the development team, Dean Pezzino joins Hampshire as a cost accountant, the news release said. In the role, he will serve as
the custodian of the activities surrounding the contracting and accounting process for the company’s ground-up construction and major renovation projects throughout all phases of development.
Prior to joining Hampshire, Pezzino served as lead for development finance at WeWork.

In a news release, the lender cited Remo’s significant contributions across areas such as capital and strategic planning, credit reviews, equipment finance, regulatory compliance, enterprise risk management, digital initiatives and new product governance. He has also played a significant role in the bank’s Paycheck Protection Program lending efforts.
The University of Connecticut graduate joined Peapack-Gladstone after 10 years with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, the news release said. As senior examiner of large banking organizations, he specialized in capital and strategic planning, wealth management, asset-liability management and stress testing.
Prior to that, he was a supervisory manager of regional and community banks, where he managed safety and soundness examination teams and leading technology design
and implementation efforts across the Second District of the Federal Reserve Bank.

PROJECT DESIGNERS
Design firm JZA+D has hired Yadie Meko and Stewart Tillyer as project designers as it looks to expand its portfolio of hospitality, multifamily, retail, workplace and academic projects.
The Princeton-based practice
said Meko and Tillyer, who both
bring technical and technological expertise, will help it sustain business development efforts and enhance service to current clients.
“Yadie and Stewart come from entirely different backgrounds, but both are creative, hardworking and talented,” said Joshua Zinder, managing partner of JZA+D. “After just a short time since starting with us, the firm is already better off for their contributions, which complement our multidisciplinary approach to highly sustainable and contemporary designs.”
Zinder, who announced the hires alongside JZA+D Partner Mark A. Sullivan, added: “We’re proud that they have found a professional

Meko earned her bachelor’s in architecture from the University of Pennsylvania and was a board

and expanding data analytics and management information systems to measure and report progress. He is also responsible for ensuring that the scope of enterprise risk management activities — including capital, liquidity and credit — aligns with the bank’s defined business strategies.
Remo, who joined the bank in 2019 as vice president, senior enterprise risk officer, also continues to
lead new markets and products governance and serves on many of its committees. He was promoted last October to vice president, director of strategy development.
