Marshall earned his bachelor’s in architecture from the University of California, Berkeley, and holds a certificate in Finance for Executives from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.

Andrew Marshall, formerly of Roseland Residential Trust, joins
the Fairfield-based firm with 30
years of design, development and construction experience. In his new role as executive vice president, he will support Woodmont’s continued growth across the multifamily, luxury senior housing, industrial, office, retail, hospitality and recreation sectors.

Marshall most recently was president and chief operating officer of Roseland Residential Trust, the Mack-Cali Realty Corp. subsidiary and longtime luxury multifamily developer. His career includes 20 years in real estate development, including extensive experience
with redevelopment processes, agreements, incentives, entitlements and approvals, with a special focus in northern New Jersey, New York, Washington D.C. and Boston.
