a 20,719-square-foot extension from Keyence, a supplier of sensors, measuring systems, laser markers, microscopes and machine vision systems, for its 20,719-square-foot space at the complex.
CHOPP HOLDINGS leased an additional 3,948 square feet at One Gatehall Drive, a 114,715-square-foot building in Parsippany, to Santomassimo & Davis LLP. Rick Genthe, Bob Lee and Sean O’Brien of Lincoln Property Co. represented ownership, while JLL’s Derek DeMartino represented the tenant, a law firm that now occupies a total of 10,862 square feet.
Jeffrey S. Appell sold 57 Juliustown Road, a 2,500-square-foot property in Pemberton. Vantage Commercial’s Aran Ploshansky and Ken Richardson represented the seller.
LARKEN ASSOCIATES leased 2,072 square feet at the Princess Road Office Park, a two-building, 47,094-square-foot property at 4 Princess Road in Lawrenceville, to Benchmark Medical Services.

PHENIX SALON SUITES leased a combined 54,143 square feet at 473 River Road in Edgewater, Greenleaf at Union Shopping Center at 1235 West Chestnut St. in Union, 275 Route 4 in Paramus, The Shoppes at Cinnaminson at 195 Route 130 in Cinnaminson and 1571 Route 22 in Watchung. Cushman & Wakefield’s David Townes and Alana Friedman represented the tenant, a beauty salon co-working business.
A private investor purchased Willow Point, a 35,000-square-foot shopping center at 184 Route 9 in Marlboro. Cushman & Wakefield’s Andy Merin, Andrew Schwartz, Jordan Sobel, Brian Whitmer, Max Helfman and Andre Balthazard represented the seller.
A private buyer acquired Riverdel Center, a 29,740-square-foot property at 1101 South Fairview St. in Riverside, for $4.95 million. Marcus & Millichap’s Alan Cafiero, Ben Sgambati and David Cafiero represented both parties.

A private investor sold 5-7 Washington St., a 5,126-square-foot property in Morristown, for $1.55 million. Marcus & Millichap’s Fahri Ozturk, Richard D. Gatto, Alan Cafiero, David Cafiero and John Moroz represented both parties.
ATKINS COS. and WOODMONT PROPERTIES leased 2,620 square feet and 1,980 square feet at Washington Square Town Center, a mixed-use development at 253-261 Hurffville-
Cross Keys Road in Washington Township, to Santucci’s Original Square Pizza and What’s The Scoop, respectively. Joe Raniszewski of MSC Retail represented ownership in both transactions, while Greg Bianchi of US Realty Associates Inc. represented Santucci’s.
PRISM CAPITAL PARTNERS leased 1,800 square feet at Avenue & Green, a mixed-use property at Rahway Avenue and Green Street in Woodbridge, to The LeGrand Coffee House. Ripco Real Estate’s Curtis Nassau and Deborah Stone represented ownership.
SYNERGY CAPITAL PARTNERS LLC leased 1,500 square feet at 1121 Route 34 in Aberdeen. Danielle Brunelli of R.J. Brunelli & Co. represented the tenant, a franchisee of the wellness products chain My CBD Organics.

PROVIDENT BANK, INVESTORS BANK and PROCIDA FUNDING & ADVISORS’ 100 MILE FUND originated a combined $48 million in financing to Riverwalk III LLC, the developer of a two- building, 240-unit luxury apartment complex in Elmwood Park. JLL’s Thomas Didio and Thomas E. Didio Jr. represented the borrower in securing the three-year senior construction loan from the banks

THRIVENT FINANCIAL FOR LUTHERANS
provided $29.5 million in financing to the owner of a two-building, 449,000-square-foot industrial portfolio in South Brunswick. Gretchen Wilcox and Al Raymond of G.S. Wilcox & Co. sourced the 15- year fixed-rate loans.
MINNESOTA LIFE INSURANCE CO.
provided $16.86 million for Denholtz Properties to refinance a six-building, 258,123-square-
foot industrial portfolio, including the four-building Northampton Business Park at 1545-1575 Route 37 West in Toms River, along with 7036 Snowdrift Road in Upper Macungie and at 969 Postal Road in Allentown, both in Pennsylvania. JLL’s Jon Mikula, Michael Klein, Michael Pagniucci and Gerard Quinn sourced the 10-year, fixed-rate loans on behalf of the borrower. RE
