ALFRED SANZARI ENTERPRISES leased a combined 18,611 square feet at Heights Plaza, a 200,000-square-foot building
at 777 Terrace Ave. in Hasbrouck Heights, to Scirocco Financial Group and Awad and Khoury LLP, in a set of renewals at the property.
LEFRAK leased 11,357 square feet at 111 Town Square Place in Jersey City to Hatfield Titus & Donnelly. Peter Sabesan and Dennis Gralla of Cresa represented the tenant, a financial brokerage.

5,000 square feet at 100 Passaic Ave.,
a 202,759-square-foot building in Fairfield, to Chadler Solutions, in an expansion that brings the tenant’s total footprint to 22,567 square feet.

KOKES PROPERTIES acquired 2512 Tiltons Corner Road, a 16,000-square- foot fitness and training facility building in Wall Township. Steve Richel of Richel Commercial Brokerage represented the
buyer, with financing provided by OceanFirst Bank.
5800 BERGENLINE AVENUE LLC leased 5,000 square feet at 5800 Bergenline Ave., a mixed-use property in
West New York, to T-Mobile. The Goldstein Group’s Lew Finkelstein and CJ Huter represented the landlord.
Ramualdo Lamberti sold 28 South Church Road, a 3,700-square-foot property in Maple Shade, and a liquor license to Lin Family Plaza LLC for $900,000. Rose Commercial Real Estate’s Adam Rose represented the seller.

FINANCE
GREYSTONE closed a $49.575 million Freddie Mac Optigo loan to Goldcrest Management for its purchase of Chalet Gardens, a 484-unit garden apartment complex at 320 West Branch Ave. in Pine Hill. The debt features an adjustable rate with a 10- year term and 30-year amortization, with the first five years of interest- only payments.
WELLS FARGO originated a $42.6 million construction loan to Advance Realty Investors and Greek Development for two industrial buildings totaling 491,049 square feet at the Logan North Industrial Park, a planned 3.2 million-square-foot industrial park at 2858 Route 322 in Logan Township. Cushman & Wakefield’s John Alascio, Chuck Kohaut and TJ Sullivan represented the borrowers.
NATIXIS provided $35.25 million in financing to ERCT Capital Group, the owner of a 203,000-square-foot office
building at 1255 Broad St. in Clifton. Progress Capital represented the borrower in securing the full-term, interest-only commercial loan on a nonrecourse basis.
An undisclosed lender provided $17.25 million in financing to the developer of a 113-unit apartment building
at 1120 East Saint Georges Ave. in Linden. Joseph Belgiovine of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp. sourced the financing.
THE STATE LIFE INSURANCE CO. provided a $16 million loan to the owner of
a 359,950-square-foot industrial building at 23 Mack Drive in Edison. Dev Morris, Allison Villamagna and Andrew Stewart sourced the 11-year loan on behalf of the borrower. RE
