   Josh Simon of EBI Consulting, George Gnad of Lenders Capital Realty Services and Matt Victor of Newmark visited the Winslow Therapeutic Riding Center in Warwick, New York, on June 8, presenting a check for nearly $25,000 after a charity golf outing on May 24.
Plainfield Mayor Adrian Mapp joined CHA Partners and others on June 1 to cut the ribbon at Plainfield’s new CVS Pharmacy, located at 1204 Park Ave. CHA completed the project in partnership with Jacobs Enterprises Inc., with additional plans calling for the construction of a new apartment building next to the CVS.
LAN Associates joined officials from the Schools Development Authority, Keansburg school district leaders and others on April 16 for a ceremonial groundbreaking on a project to expand and renovate the district’s Port Monmouth Road School.
