Thousands of homebuilding, construction and service professionals gathered in mid-November for the Atlantic Builders Convention, which marked its return to Atlantic City after being canceled last year due to the pandemic.
CHA Partners recently welcomed local officials in Wharton to mark the ongoing construction at 10 North Main St., the site of a planned 66-unit luxury apartment building in Wharton.
Local officials joined Prism Capital Partners in late September at the site of Dunellen Station,
a project that will bring 194 apartments and 10,000 square feet of retail space to 100 South Washington Ave. in Dunellen. The ceremony marked the frame-out of the project’s first building.
Hans Lampart, CEO and president of Eastern Pacific Development, spoke in early October at the groundbreaking for his firm’s Newcomb Senior Housing project at 66 South State St. in Vineland, the former site of a hospital that closed in 2004.
