N&K PROPERTIES sold 19 Center St., a 5,500-square-foot office and medical property in Chatham, for $1.5 million. Doug Gaffney and Joe Komiter of Lee & Associates New Jersey represented the seller.
An undisclosed buyer purchased 64 North Weiss St., a mixed-use building in Manville with 2,188 square feet
of office space and one apartment, for $332,000. Marcy Gross and Eric Weston of Sheldon Gross Realty brokered the deal.

An undisclosed buyer purchased 359 North Maple Ave., a mixed-use property in East Orange with 17 apartments and three retail spaces, for $2.6 million. Julie Gralla and Joni Sweetwood of The Kislak Co. Inc. represented the seller and procured the purchaser, respectively.

JACOBS ENTERPRISES leased 21,000 square feet at Styertowne Shopping Center, a property at 1051 Bloomfield Ave. in Clifton, to Planet Fitness. Jerry Welkis of Welco Realty represented the landlord, while David Townes, Alana Friedman and Neil Seth of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.
A personal trust sold 393 Route 18, a
16,993-square-foot strip mall in East Brunswick, for $4 million. Marcus & Millichap’s Alan Cafiero and Brent Hyldahl represented both parties.
An undisclosed buyer purchased 238 Franklin Ave., the site of a 12,000-square-foot restaurant in Nutley, and its liquor license for $1.6 million. Julie Gralla of The Kislak Co. Inc. represented the seller and procured the buyer.

SKW FUNDING provided a $42.75 million bridge loan to Stalwart Equities for its acquisition of
Logan Township Industrial Park, a 171.3-acre site in Logan Township. Cushman & Wakefield’s John Alascio, Chuck Kohaut, TJ Sullivan and John Spreitzer advised the borrower in the deal.
SIGNATURE BANK provided a $39 million loan to The STRO Cos. to refinance an eight-building, 395,000-square-foot industrial portfolio in Woodbridge, Moonachie, Clifton, Woodland Park, Wyckoff and Roselle.
Undisclosed lenders provided a $22.65 million first mortgage and a $3.475 million second mortgage to Reynolds Asset Management for its development of a 103-unit luxury apartment building at 606 Freeman St. in Orange. George Gnad of Lenders Capital Realty Services sourced
