     ASSOCIATES JOIN GREENBAUM ROWE REAL ESTATE TEAM
Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP has announced the hiring of Ghatul Abdul, Michael J. Coskey and Justine A. DelVecchio as associates in its real estate group.
Abdul, who focuses in the areas of health care, corporate and real estate law, is based in the firm’s
transactions involving commercial and residential properties, including acquisitions, sales and leases, with a practice that also includes drafting transactional documents, oversight of title reviews and due diligence.

Langan has promoted Rory Johnston to managing principal, Daniel Miola to principal and Christopher Cirrotti to associate principal.
Johnston, who is based at the engineering and environmental services firm’s Parsippany headquarters,

safety, with
nearly 35 years
of engineering
experience
and clients
in the oil and
gas, chemical, mining, aviation, pharmaceutical and real estate development sectors. His projects range from portfolio due diligence, environmental investigation remediation, geotechnical investigations and construction, health, safety, security and environment compliance and management and consulting on locations throughout the U.S. and internationally.
Miola, meantime, has 20 years of experience with
the firm in site/
civil engineering
and land
development
permitting. He
has worked
on many land
development
projects in New
Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania involving site due diligence studies, site layout, grading and drainage design, stormwater management analysis and other services.
Also based in Parsippany, Cirrotti joined Langan in early 2019 with some 30 years of experience, having led site/civil engineering teams on some of the state’s largest projects,

Migliorelli received his J.D. from Pace University School of Law and his bachelor’s in political science from Fordham University.

Pradeep Kapoor its first-ever chief operating officer alongside five other promotions within its Hasbrouck Heights-based team of more than 40.
Kapoor, a partner with the firm, assumes the COO position after 21 years in which he has held several roles and managed many of its most complex design and construction projects. He has focused primarily on the municipal, health care and education practices, while building a strong niche in sustainable design.
In his newest role, Kapoor will manage day-to-day responsibilities for significant firm projects while providing managerial support for all ongoing assignments, offering guidance on contracts, project management, budget, schedule adherence and staff development.

Mandelbaum Barrett PC has added Bart G. Mongelli, Anthony J. Arnone and Roberto S. Migliorelli as partners in its real estate group, while announcing the opening of a new office in Bergen County.
The attorneys, each of whom was a partner with DeCotiis, FitzPatrick, Cole & Giblin LLP, will be based in the Roseland-based firm’s new location at 518 Stuyvesant Ave. in Lyndhurst.
“We are excited to welcome these three new partners as part of our growth strategy throughout New Jersey, and internally, it adds in a new generation of experienced talent,” said Barry R. Mandelbaum, the firm’s chairman and real estate department co-chair. “They bring not only the ability to better serve clients in Bergen and Hudson counties, but they also bring new areas of focus to our practice.”
Mongelli focuses his practice on real estate, banking and corporate law, with experience
that includes
representing banks and private lenders with borrowing and lending transactions
in real estate,
development and
construction deals. He has practiced law for more than 20 years and is very active in the community, having earned his J.D. from Pace University School of Law and his B.A. in political science from Fordham University.
With a practice focused on real estate redevelopment, land use and banking law, Arnone represents both public- and private-sector entities. As part
of that practice, he has counseled clients in the closing of commercial

agreements, corporate and general business counseling, merger and acquisition transactions, employment and health care litigation and legal, privacy and security compliance matters.
Coskey, meantime, represents clients in real estate transactions, litigation and land use matters, including the acquisition, disposition and leasing of commercial
and multifamily residential properties, Greenbaum said. His practice
also focuses on
development and
redevelopment,
while he has
significant experience representing litigants in complex property tax appeals.
Coskey is based in the firm’s Red Bank office and holds a juris doctor degree from Widener University School of Law.
