“We know that a major factor in successfully broadening Greek Development’s
reach and
influence is our
ability to hire
and retain the
industry’s best
talent,” said
David Greek,
managing
partner of Greek
Development. “We take pride in our ability to form positions around the professionals we meet and connect with, rather than trying to fit them into a particular role — and our incredible success during the first
half of 2022 is a testament to this approach. All of our new hires will play integral roles in ensuring Greek continues to grow and expand our first-class development, construction and management offerings.”
The employees have joined Greek’s team in a new 14,095-square-foot headquarters at 1 Kimberly Road, nearly double the size of its previous space, from which it manages a warehouse portfolio across New Jersey, parts of Pennsylvania and Orange County, New York. The new headquarters has a kitchen and lounge area that fits more than 80 people comfortably, the firm, as well as four conference rooms.
Greek is currently building the 4 million-square-foot Linden Logistics Center in Linden and the 3.2 million- square-foot Logan North Industrial Park — the home of Target’s largest distribution operation on the East Coast — both in partnership with Advance Realty Investors. The firm is also eyeing further expansion of both its market share and its headcount
in the months ahead, while it plans to continue to design, develop, construct and manage industrial buildings for a range of third-party clients. RE
