DRESDNER ROBIN
CONTINUES GROWTH
WITH NEW HIRES
Land use consultancy Dresdner Robin has made six new hires
in recent months to bolster its environmental service and urban planning departments.
According to the Jersey City- based firm, the new hires include environmental scientists Joshua Chandra, Alyssa Petry, Daniel Waldeck and Christopher Weldon. They joined the practice in July, marking its fourth batch of new hires in 2022.
“(We) are thrilled to consistently expand our team with industry experts,” said Tony Ianuale, the firm’s chief operating officer and chief financial officer. “These additions speak to our ability to take on environmental tasks with confidence. Our clients continue to be backed by a skilled, committed team with expertise in the latest
cutting-edge technologies.”
Chandra brings seven years of experience to the role and is
agriculture, business
and sample collecting, the firm said. She previously worked as
certified in concrete field testing, erosion and sediment control and preconstruction information, while he holds a Hazmat certification
Alyssa Petry
in sustainability science from Montclair State University, has a background
in sustainable
field technician and water field technician for RaData, New Jersey’s leading certified radon testing company.
The firm added that Waldeck, who is certified in hazardous material cleanup from OSHA, previously served as an environmental specialist at Veolia.
Weldon earned his degree in ecology from the State University
of New York
at Plattsburgh
and previously
was an
environmental
scientist
for Partner
Engineering
& Science,
where he
performed phase one environmental site assessments in accordance
with state and local regulations. According to Dresdner Robin, he
is experienced in contamination assessment and has knowledge in implementing solutions to address pollution within contamination sites.
In August, the firm announced that it has hired Cinthia Naveendra
as a project manager, who comes

collector for the Passaic Valley Water Commission, where she maintained and monitored the water quality of reservoirs, having also worked for the Montclair Center Business Improvement District, where she created and implemented sustainable initiatives for the district.
Waldeck, meantime, graduated from Saint
from the U.S. Department of Transportation. He is also experienced in brownfields, site remediation and remediation regulations.
Dresdner Robin added that Chandra is a recent graduate of the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry and has a degree in environmental studies, with a focus on natural systems applications and a minor in applied statistics.
