TITANIUM CAPITAL PARTNERS acquired 2005 Kennedy Blvd., a 25-unit apartment building in Jersey City, for $4.5 million.

DENHOLTZ PROPERTIES leased 19,567 square feet at The Commissary at Baseline, a 53,000-square-foot building at 675 Oceanport Way in Oceanport, to MGT Foods.
KPOT KOREAN BBQ AND HOT POT leased 10,000 square feet at Neptune Plaza Shopping Center, a 215,024-square-foot property at 2200 Route 66 in Neptune. Kevin Pelio of Azarian Realty Co.
and Stephan Miller of Welco Realty represented the landlord and tenant, respectively.

VALLEY NATIONAL BANK closed $10 million in refinancing to Maxim Realty Trust, the developer of a recently completed, 30-unit apartment building at 445-461 Livingston St. in Norwood. JLL’s Gregory Nalbandian represented
the borrower to secure the 10-year, fixed-rate loan.
SPENCER SAVINGS BANK originated
a refinancing loan to Denholtz Properties in connection with a two-building, 50,923-square-foot light industrial portfolio at 150 and 151 Tornillo Way in Tinton Falls.
