17 THOMAS J RHODES INDUSTRIAL DRIVE LLC leased 114,873 square feet at 17 Thomas J Rhodes Industrial Drive in Hamilton to A&E Clothing Corp. Howard Applebaum of Corporate America Realty & Advisors represented the landlord.
TERRENO REALTY CORP. sold 70 Schoolhouse Road, an 86,000-square- foot building in the Somerset section of Franklin, to CIVF VII-NJ1W01 LLC for $25 million. Dan Badenhausen and Andrew Stypa of Lee & Associates New Jersey represented both parties.
SITEX GROUP purchased 800 Corporate Drive, an 84,240-square- foot building in Mahwah, for $20 million. Isaac R. Setton and Bunny
Escava of Kassin Sabbagh Realty brokered the deal.
FIRST TRANSIT leased 72,000 at 5901 Tonnelle Ave. in North Bergen. Scott Deutchman of Lee & Associates New Jersey represented the tenant.
SEAGIS PROPERTY GROUP leased 62,802 square feet at 60 Leonard St., a 158,641-square-foot property in
Metuchen, to Stephen Izzi Trucking. Steve Bussel and Gregory Irving of Bussel Realty Corp. represented the landlord and tenant, respectively.
CSX sold 1100 Newark Turnpike,
the site of a 56,700-square-foot property in Kearny, to Brookfield Asset Management for $67.25 million. Kassin Sabbagh Realty’s Isaac R. Setton and Bunny Escava brokered the sale.

North Ave. East, a 40,000-square-foot property in Garwood, for $3.8 million. Richard Goski and Catherine Goski- Vasquez of NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. represented the seller.
A private owner sold 175 Mount Pleasant Ave., a 31,429-square-foot building in Newark, for $6 million. Marcus & Millichap’s Jed P. Matricaria and Scott Geller represented the seller, while Setz Katz of Legacy Commercial Realty LLC represented the buyer.

An affiliate of DENHOLTZ PROPERTIES purchased 148 Doremus Ave., a five- acre property with a 28,100-square- foot warehouse in Newark. The Blau & Berg Co. represented the buyer.

CHOPP HOLDINGS sold Oak Hill Park, a 122,600-square-foot campus at 1680-1700 Route 23 North in Wayne, for $22.25 million. Frank DiTommaso, David Bernhaut, Andy Merin,
Gary Gabriel and Seth Zuidema of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, with support from C&W leasing experts Jerry Shiffrin, Frank Maldonado and Dan Johnsen, while Brad Domenico of Progress Capital arranged acquisition financing.
BRIDGEMARK HOSPITALITY sold
a 112,000-square-foot building at 1200 Route 22 East and 27 acres
of vacant land at 1210 and 1220 Route 22 East, all in Bridgewater, to Treetop Development for $27 million. CBRE’s Elli Klapper, Charles Berger,
Jeremy Wernick and Mark Silverman brokered the deal in tandem with leasing broker Donald Sperling.
