Carmelo Costantino, a longtime business owner and member of the state’s facilities and leasing team, has joined NAI Mertz as a director for the office division.
The firm, which is based Mount Laurel, said Costantino brings
more than 30 years of experience
in the commercial construction industry and in managing private- and public-sector projects ranging from $1 million to $500 million in value. Among other posts, he has served as a senior executive district
manager of office leasing and lease compliance
services with
the state’s Office
state, while managing a $6 million annual budget to ensure each district office was fiscally accountable and met legislative guidelines.

The Stro Cos. has hired Jeff Pandolfo as its new chief operating officer.
In a news release, the Ridgewood- based real estate firm and Millstein family office said Pandolfo joins its

for creating,
managing and
evaluating
initiatives, operating standards and procedures of the district office program.
During his tenure there, Costantino was responsible for procuring
and managing 180,000 square feet of commercial office space in 40 legislative districts throughout the

team with 20 years of industry experience. He most recently was a managing director of asset management for TSCG Investors, where he was responsible
  for management of the firm’s investment portfolio, and previously was responsible for the growth and oversight of its Northeast and Mid- Atlantic leasing divisions.

a bachelor’s in economics from Yale University and lives with his family in New York City.
