  The Rail at Bound Brook
The Rail is a new apartment complex coming to Hamilton St in Bound Brook, NJ. The building has 6 floors including an underground parking garage at 172,000 SF. Amenities include an indoor gym and landscaped deck on the 3rd floor. It will include a mix of studio apartments with one and two bedrooms with outdoor balconies. This project is being developed by Denholtz Properties.
