LVMH GROUP leased 886,826 square feet at 258 Prospect Plains Road
in Cranbury. Newmark’s Thomas Carragher, Craig Engelhardt, Gervais Attong, Christopher Carragher, Adam Petrillo and Alfonso Petrillo represented the tenant.
HUGO NEU signed a 228,213-square- foot renewal at 50 Campus Drive
and 80 Campus Drive, part of the 130-acre Kearny Point campus in Kearny, with Refrig-IT. CBRE’s Kevin Dudley, Chad Hillyer, Nicholas Klacik and Kate Granahan represented ownership, while Tom Carragher
and Justin Rigoglioso of Newmark represented the tenant, a cold storage warehousing company.
PURATOS U.S. leased a combined 145,800 square feet at 8470 Remington Ave. and 9000 River Road, both in Pennsauken. Scott Mertz of NAI Mertz represented the tenant, a maker of bakery ingredients.
MARSCHALL PARTNERS LP sold 111
Central Ave., a 125,500-square-foot building in Teterboro, to Prologis Inc. NAI James E. Hanson’s Thomas Vetter, Jeffrey DeMagistris and Gary Sauerborn represented the seller.
DALFEN INDUSTRIAL acquired 401 Cottontail Lane, a 99,714-square-foot warehouse in Franklin’s Somerset
section, and subsequently leased the building to Scentbird Inc. Joel Lubin and Gary Politi of JLL arranged the off-market sale, while Chuck Fern of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant, a fragrance subscription service company.
ALFRED SANZARI ENTERPRISES signed a 71,870-square-foot lease renewal at 335 Chestnut St., a 111,300-square- foot property in Norwood, with Orthofeet Inc. Resource Realty’s Daniel F. Whitehead represented the tenant, a shoe manufacturer.
SINAI ASSOCIATES INC. leased 67,663 square feet at 700 Penhorn Ave.,
a 105,975-square-foot building in Secaucus, to Advanced International Freight Inc. Cushman & Wakefield’s Chuck Fern, Thomas D. Tucci, Stephen Shoemaker, Torsten Thaler and Natalie Gorga represented the landlord.
NEW 8 HOOK LLC leased 65,300 square feet at 8 Hook Road in Bayonne to United Porte. Jordan Metz, Eric Koons and Benito Abbate of Bussel Realty Corp. represented the landlord, while Jeffery Realty represented the tenant.
FASTENER DIMENSIONS acquired
6850 River Road, a 60,000-square-foot building in Pennsauken, for $4.25 million. Jonathan Klear of NAI Mertz represented the buyer, a manufacturer and distributor of precision bolts for the aerospace industry.
AMERICAN TRUCK & TRAILER sold 700 Jernee Mill Road, a 6.5-acre property in Sayreville with a 28,500-square- foot service building, to Ridgecut Road and Brennan Investment Group, for $23.45 million. Kassin Sabbagh Realty’s Bunny Escava, Isaac R. Setton and Richard Ades brokered the deal.
FAROPOINT leased 16,000 square feet at 30 Leslie Court, a 25,000-square-
foot building in the Whippany
section of Hanover, to Nephros. Kate Granahan and Chad Hillyer of CBRE represented ownership, while Josh Krantz of Lee & Associates New Jersey represented the tenant, a water technology company.
11 MILLPOND DRIVE LLC leased 10,200 square feet at 11 Millpond Drive, a 35,645-square-foot building in Lafayette Township, to Cobera Automotive Inc. NAI James E. Hanson’s John Schilp represented both the landlord and the tenant, an electric sports car manufacturer.
