The Crossings
The Crossings at Brick Church Station is a new urban development coming to East Orange, NJ. This ambitious project is set to make a big impact on the area. It totals two buildings with 820 residential units; one standing at 9 stories and the other standing at 5 stories. The development is complete with a 7-story parking garage. Designed by Minno & Wasko with March as the Construciton Manager.
River Park
River Park, Whippany, NJ will be an innovative village center thoughtfully designed for cyclists, pedestrians, and local residents. Spread over more than 20 acres, this impressive development will include public spaces, notably a brand-new 7,200-foot part of the Patriot Path. March is overseeing the construction of the project, beginning with a residential building that will feature 81 riverside units (seen to the left).
