PRINCIPAL ASSET MANAGEMENT sold Hartford Corners, a 214,896-square- foot shopping center at Route 130 and South Fairview Street in Delran, to Haverford Properties Inc. JLL’s Jim Galbally, Christopher Munley, Colin Behr, James Graf and Patrick Higgins represented the seller and procured the buyer, while the firm’s Jim Cadranell represented the buyer to secure acquisition financing.
KAISERMAN CO. INC. sold Barclay Farms Shopping Center, an 87,750-square-foot property at 1401 Marlton Pike in Cherry Hill, to Bergman Real Estate Group and
Capstone Realty Group USA for $16.1 million. Jerome Kranzel of CBRE represented the seller, while Steven Fleissig of Greenberg Traurig LLP represented the buyers.
AGUS HOLDINGS and TREECO purchased the site of a 37,630-square-
foot movie theater at 1670 Route 22 in Watchung. JLL’s J.B. Bruno, Kevin O’Hearn, Ryan Robertson and Jose Cruz represented the seller.

a 6,280-square-foot mixed-use building at 712-718 Speedwell Ave., a 4,140-square-foot mixed-use building at 720-726 Speedwell Ave. and a 3,500-square-foot warehouse at 3 Franklin Place, all in Morris Plains, to Danny Levato for a combined

a combined 4,750 square feet at Brunswick Shopping Center, a 288,000-square-foot property on Milltown Road in North Brunswick. Vanessa Fernandez-Kelty and Fred

borrower’s behalf, while John Vavas of Polsinelli Law Firm represented the lender.
