Terminal Logistics Center
This project will be a brand new class-A logistics, air cargo, and warehouse space in Queens, NY—a prime location with direct access to JFK Airport and the greater NYC area. As the first multi-story warehouse on the East Coast, this 428,000-square-foot building will provide multi-story air, transit, and highway interconnectivity and is currently being built by March Construction. Designed by GF 55 Architects.
The Borden Complex
This project will be developed into a 900,000-square-foot multi-level production studioandlast-miledistributioncenter. Itwasformerlythesiteofanoldgrocery warehouse, located with convenient access to the Manhattan metropolitan area. See some recent photos of this project under construction to the right. The photo to the bottom-left corner shows the delivery and assembly of two 120-foot, 65-ton plate girders. Designed by KSS Architects.
JFK Logistics Center
JFK Logistics Center is a 421,000 SF warehouse with two floors of above-grade parking accessible by a ramp on a 10.75-acre property. It is located 1 mile from JFK airport and provides convenient access to the Brooklyn, Queens, and Long Island markets. The first floor is 131,290 SF with ten drive-in doors, a warehouse, and office space. The second and third floors provide 262,580 SF of total parking space. This project was developed by Wildflower Ltd. LLC to suit an investment-grade tenant. Designed by Ware Malcomb Architects.
