DALFEN INDUSTRIAL acquired Roxbury Logistics Center, a 470,044-square-foot building at 1879 Route 46 in Roxbury. JLL’s Joel Lubin, Gary Politi and Chris Hile brokered the sale.
An institutional investor acquired a five-building, 405,000-square-foot port- folio at 120 Raskulinecz Road and 200 and 250 Federal Blvd. in Carteret and 1 and 5 Dedrick Place in West Caldwell. Newmark’s Kevin Welsh, Brian Schulz, Jack Fraker and Dustin Voltz represent- ed the seller, with the firm’s Chris Koeck serving as leasing market adviser.
ENDURANCE REAL ESTATE GROUP
LLC leased 217,986 square feet at 2609 Rancocas Road and 71,056 square feet at 2605 Rancocas Road, both in Burlington Township, to United Fulfillment and MD 3PL, respectively. JLL’s Nate Demetsky, Dean Torosian and Matt Kemery represented ownership, while Allen Ding from Visionaire Real Estate and Casey Mungo of Daum Commercial represented the respective tenants.
BRIDGE LOGISTICS PROPERTIES signed a combined 87,000 square feet in
lease renewals at 5 Plant Road, a 206,458-square-foot property in Hasbrouck Heights, with Skyline Windows LLC and Direct Freight Express. NAI James E. Hanson’s
Scott K. Perkins, Christopher Todd and William Ericksen represented ownership, while Newmark and Cushman & Wakefield represented the respective tenants.
A food distributor signed an 80,000-square-foot lease renewal at 141 Fieldcrest Ave. in Edison. Jordan Metz and Benito Abbate of Bussel Realty Corp. represented both parties.
BINSKY SNYDER sold 201 11th St.,
a 45,000-square-foot building in Piscataway, to Transcontinental Steel for $8.2 million. Kyle Gerace, Robert V. DiLeo and Mathew DiLeo of NAI DiLeo- Bram & Co. represented the seller.
SEAGIS PROPERTY GROUP acquired
25 Amor Ave., a 30,058-square-foot building in Carlstadt. Leo Josephs and Joshua Meisner of Leo Josephs & Co. represented the buyer.
AMERICAN EQUITY PARTNERS leased 22,386 square feet at 195 Howell St. in Jersey City to HERC Rentals. Jason M. Crimmins, Alessandro (Alex) Conte and Peter J. Murano Jr. of The Blau &
Berg Co. represented both parties.
WEST SHORE AVENUE LLC sold a 16,442-square-foot portfolio at 97-105 West Shore Drive in Dumont to Golden
Shore Property LLC for $2.6 million. Steven Muller of Equity Real Estate Brokerage LLC and Mark Lee of Realty 7 LLC represented the seller and buyer,
respectively.
ZOHAR ZISAPEL PROPERTIES INC. and
RADBIT COMPUTERS INC. signed a 13,227-square-foot renewal at 575 Corporate Drive, a 144,570-square-foot building in Mahwah, with MH&W Inter- national Corp. NAI James E. Hanson’s Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning represented ownership, while MRH Re- alty represented the tenant, a sales and engineering organization specializing in the magnetic materials industry.
