TOCCO JOINS LEVIN
EXECUTIVE TEAM
Levin Management Corp. has filled a key role on its team with the hiring of Greg Tocco, a veteran executive in real estate and asset management.
The firm, which is based in North Plainfield, said Tocco joins its team as executive vice
president. The
Moorestown
resident brings
more than 20
years of broad
industry and
leadership
experience and
will oversee its
property operations, accounting and lease administration, while helping implement corporate growth initiatives and strategic planning strategy.
Tocco’s responsibilities also include
enhancing and maintaining LMC’s internal quality control systems and identifying opportunities to maximize the value of its managed properties, the firm said in a news release.
“Levin’s diversified property portfolio, talented team of professionals and reputation as a true expert in its field attracted me to this position,” Tocco said. “I’m excited to come on board with this dynamic organization and look forward to working alongside the firm’s executive leadership to help position Levin for continued growth and success.”
Prior to joining LMC, Tocco was exec- utive vice president of asset services at Metro Commercial. He previously held positions at Seritage Growth Properties and Rait Financial Trust, having earned a juris doctor degree from Ohio North- ern University’s Pettit College of Law and a bachelor’s from the University of Maryland.

PS&S ADDS TWO EXECS, EYEING EXPANSION
PS&S has hired Steven Bitterman and David Frenze as it continues a major expansion of its architecture, engineering, design, surveying and environmental team.
According to the Warren-based firm, Bitterman recently joined its ranks
as a senior project executive in architecture, while Frenze arrives as a senior director for MEPF engineering. John Sartor, CEO and president of PS&S, said the moves come amid
a five-year strategic growth plan
that involves expanding into new geographic areas with new capabilities and partners.
“Steven’s strengths are building teams and fostering client relationships,” Sartor said. “His experience leading global teams on complex projects will be invaluable given our role as the lead designer on the redevelopment of the 80-year-old Holland Gardens public housing complex in Jersey City.
“David will be instrumental in
our continued expansion in biopharmaceutical industry and will lead our Doylestown, Pennsylvania, office,” Sartor added. “David’s more than two decades of experience will be instrumental as we work on the Roche and Novartis manufacturing expansions.”
Bitterman previously spent 13 years at Gensler, where he was a principal and

architectural and interior design projects, according to a news release. PS&S cited his extensive experience managing teams and directing strategy, projects and programs
with a concentration on corporate headquarters design, pharmaceutical, consumer products, technology and energy sectors.
He will be responsible for bringing together the PS&S design team that will work on overseeing the design and construction of the new Jersey
