Located on 284 East Oakdene Avenue, Teaneck, NJ, this 450,000 SF, 14-story building has 350 total units. This includes three levels of parking and houses two hotel brands catering to different types of travelers. Homewood Suites, an extended-stay hotel designed for people staying five or more nights, will offer 160 rooms. Another 190 rooms are available in the Hampton Inn and Suites on the other side of the building. Owned by Sanzari Enterprises.
Rekindling the Beacon: Lighthouse Point
After a previous contractor failed, Triangle Equities called March just in time to get Lighthouse Point on track. This Staten Island, oceanfront skyscraper brings 115 residential units, 20% affordable housing, and a LEED Green Building Silver certification. It includes a 65,000 sq. ft. retail hub featuring restaurants and entertainment spaces and parking garage. The project is being developed by Triangle Equities and NYC DEC.
