Plaza 73, a 14,770-square-foot
strip mall at 140-150 Route 73 in
the Marlton section of Evesham Township. Vantage Commercial’s Leor Hemo brokered the transaction.
IRGANG GROUP leased a combined 7,845 square feet at Union Lake Crossing, a 393,000-square-foot power center at North 2nd Street and Union Lake Boulevard in Millville, to Bath & Body Works, AAA and Jersey Mike’s. Mario Brunelli and Chelsea Reizner of R.J. Brunelli & Co. represented ownership, while Adam Rosenfarb of MSC and Jarrad Coletta of Coletta Commercial represented Bath & Body Works and Jersey Mike’s, respectively.
PRIME VENUE LLC sold 7 Tomlinson Mills Road, a 6,000-square-foot shopping center in Medford. Wolf Commercial Real Estate’s Eric Flocco represented the seller.
SHARBELL CRANBURY INC. sold a 4,839-square-foot retail condominium at 5 Schalks Crossing Road in Plainsboro to OM Life Space LLC for $1.23 million. Pierson Commercial’s Gregg Medvin and Fennelly Associates Matt Fennelly represented the respective parties.
F&E GREEN BROOK CORNER LLC leased 3,100 square feet at 245 Route 22 in Green Brook to Wonder. Chandler Vanderbeek and Connor Vanderbeek of Bussel Realty Corp. represented the landlord, while Jeffery Realty represented the tenant.
JACQUELINE SPECIAL OCCASIONS and SHIP LOGISTICS leased 2,587 and 612
square feet, respectively, at Livingston Town Center, a 65,523-square-foot property at Route 10 and North Livingston Avenue in Livingston. Kevin Pelio of Azarian Realty Co. brokered the transaction.
BAGEL NOOK leased 2,080 square feet at Eastpointe Center at 2399 Route 36 in Atlantic Highlands. Zoltek Commercial Real Estate Services’ Matt Ardizzone represented the landlord.
BAGEL NOOK leased roughly 2,000 square feet at Aberdeen Townsquare, a 46,120-square-foot center at 1071 Route 34 in Aberdeen. Florham Realty Group Inc. represented the landlord.
TROPICAL SMOOTHIE CAFÉ leased 1,700 square feet at Brunswick Shopping Center, a 288,396-square- foot property at 498 Milltown Road in North Brunswick. Jennifer Harrison, formerly of Levin Management Corp., and LMC’s Fred Younkin represented the landlord, while Sean Pyle and Dina Santarelli of SABRE represented the tenant.
VITA & VITA REALTY CORP. leased 1,000 square feet at The Corner Shoppes,
a 6,448-square-foot property at 275 Comly Road in Lincoln Park, to Sport Clips.
MENDOZA TOPS & TILE signed an 850-square-foot lease renewal at 172 South St. in Morristown. Marcy Gross of Sheldon Gross Realty brokered the transaction.
FINANCE
SCALE LENDING originated a $75 million bridge loan to Capodagli Property Co. in connection with a 294-unit multifamily project at 110 Bergen Turnpike in Little Ferry.
PCCP LLC provided a $60.8 million construction loan to Lincoln Equities Group for a 420,024-square-foot industrial project at 861 Sloan Ave. in Hamilton. Cushman & Wakefield’s
John Alascio, Chuck Kohaut, TJ Sullivan and Jason Blankfein sourced the debt.
NUVEEN REAL ESTATE provided $44 million in financing to Tulfra Real Estate in connection with The Delford, a new 160-unit apartment building at 120 West Passaic St. in Rochelle Park. JLL’s Michael Klein, Jon Mikula and Ryan Carroll sourced the five-year, fixed-rate loan on the borrower’s behalf.
FIRST BANK provided a $13.1 million construction loan to Urban Square Properties for Vroom Street Apartments, a 42-unit multifamily development at 72-76 Vroom St. in Jersey City. JLL’s Max Custer and Salvatore Buzzerio source the two- year loan on the borrower’s behalf.
SPENCER SAVINGS BANK originated $8 million in permanent financing for 1200 Route 22, a 112,000-square- foot medical office building in Bridgewater. RE
