MORDEVCO Cos. LLC and March Associates Construction joined local offi cials on Aug.
21 to break ground on OneWest Apartments, a 334-unit luxury rental project at North
Wood and West Elizabeth avenues in Linden.

recent ribbon-cutting ceremony at the United Way of Greater Union County’s new
headquarters in Rahway.
Denholtz Properties has broken ground on a 73,429-square-foot industrial building
in Bridgewater, joining Zimmel Associates, Rotwein+Blake, Menlo Engineering, JT
Engineering, BD Engineering and G William Group on Oct. 8 to mark the start of the
project.
Jersey City Mayor Steven Fulop (center), along with fellow local offi cials, joined
development principals from Alpine Residential and Fields Grade on Sept. 12 for a
ceremonial ribbon-cutting for apartment buildings known as Atlas and Starling, part of a
growing housing stock in the city’s historic Bergen-Lafayette area.
Tim Lizura, New Jersey Performing Arts Center’s executive vice president of real estate
and capital projects, spoke on Sept. 18 during a groundbreaking ceremony for a $336
million mixed-use expansion of the venue’s campus.
Marlboro Township Mayor Jonathan Hornik joined principals from Kushner Real
Estate Group on Oct. 9 to mark the opening of Beacon Hill, a new 285-unit luxury rental
community in Marlboro.
