158,641-square-foot lease expansion
at 60 Leonard St. in Metuchen with
Stephen Izzi Trucking. Steve Bussel
and Gregory Irving of Bussel Realty
Corp. represented the landlord and
tenant, respectively.
WOODMONT INDUSTRIAL PARTNERS
and Sagard Real Estate leased
104,451 square feet at 461 Ridge
Road, a 209,000-square-foot property
in South Brunswick, to Federation
Distribution Services Inc. JLL’s Gary
Politi and Michael Viera represented
ownership, while Monica Franco of
Lee & Associates – WBE represented
the tenant.
LONGPOINT REALTY PARTNERS leased
61,000 square feet at 70 Maltese
Drive, an 84,000-square-foot building
in Totowa, to Wise Foods. Cushman
& Wakefi eld represented the
landlord, while Andrew Stypa, Daniel
Badenhausen and Kyle Janoczkin of
Lee & Associates – WBE represented
the tenant.
LINK LOGISTICS leased 54,078 square
feet at 1501 West Blancke St., a
115,000-square-foot building in Linden,
to Golden Platter Foods Inc. Jordan
Metz, Ben Abbate and James Friel
of Bussel Realty Corp. represented
ownership, while Pantheon Properties
represented the tenant.
VANDALAY AND COMPANY LLC sold
1930 Olney Ave., a 42,571-square-foot
building in Cherry Hill, to Wharton
Industrial. Leor Hemo and Emily Stein
of Vantage Commercial represented
the seller, while Sean Kelly of KBC
Advisors represented the buyer.
LOTITO FOODS sold 517-529 East 34th
St., a 25,660-square-foot complex in
Paterson, for $3.9 million. IPRG’s

Overlook, a 158,180-square-foot
building at 100 Overlook Center in
West Windsor, to Princeton University
for $33.4 million. JLL’s Jose Cruz,

the buyer.
ACCORDIA acquired 34 Mountain Blvd.,
a 57,000-square-foot medical offi ce
campus in Warren.
ALFRED SANZARI ENTERPRISES leased
