An affi liate of TFE PROPERTIES acquired
304 Princeton Hightstown Road, a
7,000-square-foot former bank building
in East Windsor. JLL’s Craig Parcells
represented the seller.
YADA PROPERTIES leased a combined
6,584 square feet at Cushetunk
Commons, a 13,500-square-foot space
at 422 Route 22 in the Whitehouse
Station section of Readington, to
Artist Collective Salon and Flavors of
Portugal.
ONE MEDICAL leased 4,040 square
feet at Edgewater Town Center, a
75,850-square-foot property at 905
River Road in Edgewater. Jonathan

An undisclosed tenant acquired 1008

FINANCE
FREDDIE MAC originated $81.195
million in fi nancing to Alpine
Residential for a 169-unit apartment
building at 270 Johnston St. and a
39-unit building at 66 Monitor St., both
in Jersey City. JLL’s Thomas Didio,
Thomas E. Didio Jr. and Michael
Mataras arranged the debt.
TRUIST provided a $22 million
construction loan to the joint venture
of Altman Logistics Properties, the
family offi ce Renard Investments
Group and DHS Real Estate Investment
Management BV to build 140,000 square
feet of new industrial space at 30 and
20 Lanidex Plaza West in Parsippany.
