parcels were at various stages of
approval for residential construction,
and each was under a sale contract
with a separate developer. The client
required interim fi nancing to complete
the work required to obtain the
development approvals. Lindabury
helped develop the collateral package
needed to close a private bridge
loan, which included mortgages and
assignments of rights under the sales
contracts. The bridge fi nancing allowed
the client to complete the work needed
to fulfi ll the sales contracts and the loan
was fully paid prior to maturity.
