PREMIER Design + Build Group has
hired longtime constructive industry
executive Jason Hart to help lead
and accelerate its growth on the East
Coast.
The fi rm, which is based in Buffalo
Grove, Illinois, said Hart joins its
team as an executive vice president
and will oversee business operations
in the region. He comes to the role
with more
than 20 years
of diverse

expertise, which

impressive track record of advancing
organizations and building strong,
long-term client relationships that

Hart’s experience includes leading
operations across a range of
national construction companies
and architectural and engineering
consulting fi rms, according to
a news release. That includes a
former chief operations offi cer role,
PREMIER said, noting that he has
the construction, business and legal
expertise to advance its objectives in
the region.
The fi rm added that Hart holds a juris
doctor from Brooklyn Law School
and an MBA from SUNY Oswego,
while he holds OSHA 10- and 30-
hour certifi cations and a Health
Care Constructor Certifi cation
from the American Society for
Health Care Engineering. He is
also a past honoree in Engineering
News-Record’s Top 20 Under 40 and
Building Design+Construction’s 40
Under 40.

DENHOLTZ ADDS LOY,
VASQUEZ IN ASSET
MANAGEMENT POSTS
Denholtz has bolstered its asset
management team with two new
hires, welcoming commercial real
estate industry veterans Warren Loy
and Nicole Vasquez.
Loy, who brings more than 20 years
of experience, joins the Red Bank-
based fi rm as senior vice president
and head of asset management. He’ll
work closely in his new role with
the company’s executive leadership
team to identify and implement asset
management strategies to maximize
property value and investor returns
across its more than $2 billion
national portfolio.
He most recently was director of
asset management with Lendlease, an
Australian-based
international
real estate
investment
company,
according to a
news release.
Loy is also a
former regional

manager with
Related Cos., where he oversaw the
performance of a vast real estate
portfolio across markets such as
Boston, Los Angeles, San Francisco,
Washington D.C. and New York City,
while he holds a bachelor’s from the
City College of New York and has
completed advanced coursework
in real estate fi nance at New York
University.
“Denholtz’s reputation for superior
asset management has always been
central to its success,” Loy said. “As
the business continues to grow, I look
forward to building on its legacy,
leveraging my expertise to optimize
and scale our asset management
platform and collaborating with our
team to drive continued excellence

As vice president, asset management,
Vasquez will work closely with Loy
to optimize asset performance across
Denholtz’s portfolio. She comes with
more than a decade of experience and
most recently was a vice president of
asset management at Onyx Equities.
Vasquez began her career as an
assistant property manager at Lowe
Enterprises,
a national
real estate
development,
investment and
management
company
headquartered
in Los Angeles,
Nicole Vasquez

said. She holds a master’s in real
estate fi nance and investments from
New York University and a bachelor’s
in political science from Fairleigh
Dickinson University.

of growth, asset management will
be critical to ensuring its portfolio
continues to thrive,” Vasquez said. “I

BANDAZIAN JOINS
GIORDANO HALLERAN
Longtime commercial real estate
attorney Khoren Bandazian has joined
Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla PC as a
shareholder, the Red Bank-based fi rm
announced.
In a news release, the practice said

and a focus
on real estate
development,
redevelopment,
acquisitions

particularly on northern New
Jersey’s Gold Coast in Bergen and
Hudson counties. His work spans
the commercial, offi ce, retail and
industrial sectors, with a strong
emphasis on large-scale multifamily
transactions.
Bandazian is based in Giordano
Halleran’s new Saddle Brook offi ce.
“Khoren has built a well-respected
practice, and his extensive
experience further strengthens our
fi rm’s presence throughout the state,”
said Paul Colella, the fi rm’s managing
shareholder. “We are excited to
welcome him to the team.”
Bandazian, who joined the Giordano
fi rm on March 17, is a former partner
at Rivkin Radler LLP in Hackensack.
His new fi rm noted that he advises
developers, investors and high-net-
worth individuals, assisting with deal
syndication, transaction fi nancing,
leasing and the disposition of
distressed assets.
Additionally, he has extensive
experience guiding clients through
corporate formations, partnership
structuring and corporate divorce,
the news release said. While based in
New Jersey, Bandazian has handled
transactions in multiple jurisdictions
on the East Coast.
According to the news release,
Bandazian earned his J.D. from the
Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace
University and his bachelor’s from
Northeastern University. He serves
as a board member for the Armenian
Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in
Emerson and as an advisory board
member for the planned development
of a World Trade Center in Yerevan,
Armenia, while he is a former chair
of the Armenia Fund USA Inc.,
which focused on infrastructure
development in Armenia.
LEVIN’S CIARAVINO
NAMED DIRECTOR OF
OPERATIONS
Levin Management Corp. has elevated
Denise Ciaravino to director of
operations, citing her leadership
and longstanding contributions to
the fi rm’s property management
department.
Based in North Plainfi eld, the
company said Ciaravino joined its
team as a property manager in 2006
and steadily rose through the ranks,
most recently serving as a portfolio
manager. Her new promotion is her
second in four years.
