sold Washington Bridge Plaza, a
47,000-square-foot property at 2151
Lemoine Ave. in Fort Lee, to Young
Property LLC for $37 million. Baruch
(Bruce) Herman of Booth Street
Realty represented the seller, while
CJ Huter, Marc Palestina and Lew
Finkelstein of The Goldstein Group
represented the buyer.

Bloomfi eld Ave., the site of a net-leased
11,266-square-foot daycare center
in Parsippany, for $4.3 million. Alan

purchase of a 613,000-square-foot
industrial complex at 169 Pulaski St.
in Bayonne.
