a 181,150-square-foot property in
Paramus, for $38 million. CBRE’s Jeff
Dunne and David Gavin represented
the seller with the fi rm’s Michael
Kaider and Keegan Barrett, while
Ackman-Ziff arranged the joint
venture and fi nancing.
A private entity sold 201-217 West
Main St., a 45,000-square-foot
commercial building in Somerville, for
$2.675 million. Max Levinston of The
Kislak Co. Inc. represented the seller.

a 27,965-square-foot property at 142
Route 35 in Eatontown, to Aspen
Court Partners LLC for $8.05 million.

FINANCE
A life insurance company provided
$50 million in fi nancing to the owner
of a 275-unit multifamily property in
Westampton. JLL’s Michael Klein and
Gerard Quinn sourced the fi ve-year,
fi xed-rate loan on the borrower’s
behalf.
PRIME FINANCE provided $16.8 million
in acquisition and bridge fi nancing
to Lincoln Property Co. and Ullico
Investment Advisors, the buyers of a
138,852-square-foot industrial building
in Hamilton. JLL’s Jon Mikula, Jim
Cadranell and Kevin Badger sourced
the debt. RE
