PROJECT SPOTLIGHT
F. J. Rawding, AIA, is partnering
with Mayo Performing Arts Center
(MPAC) on a transformative
expansion of this 87-year-old
cultural landmark in downtown
Morristown. The 31,000-square-
foot, fi ve-story addition introduces
an intimate performance theater,
gallery, front lobby and essential
back-of-house spaces including
