Senior earned his law degree from New York Law School and an LLM from the New York University School of Law. Prior to law school, he earned his bachelor’s from Rutgers University and was an environmental consultant with ICF Kaiser Engineers Inc.
CBRE ADDS TO N.J.
BROKERAGE TEAM
CBRE has added to its New Jersey- based brokerage and advisory team with the hiring of Jon Williams as senior vice president.
Williams comes to CBRE from Cushman & Wakefield, where he was an executive director. He brings years of expertise in advising corporate occupiers through complex operational and financial occupancy strategies and decisions.
“I am excited to be joining CBRE to provide the industry’s unparalleled platform of talent and services to my clients to deliver market setting results,” Williams said.

Williams earned a B.A. in economics
from Villanova University and also studied at New York University’s Real Estate School, the news release said. Presently, he serves on the board of directors of the Villanova University Alumni Association and is a member of the board of directors of the university’s soccer program.
He also served on the board of directors of the American Heart Association.

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has promoted John Schleer, a 13-year veteran of the company, to director of construction.
In announcing the move, Sanzari said Schleer’s expertise in construction has enabled him to take on roles
of increased responsibility and complexity throughout his tenure and that he will continue to oversee all aspects of construction with the commercial and residential real estate firm. Those areas include development projects of varying
size and scope, ranging from tenant

He will also be responsible for coordinating with project engineers and working closely with the leasing department.

Wagenbach joined Riker Danzig
in 1985 as part of the new environmental practice, according to a news release. He now boasts substantive experience in virtually every environmental program, ranging from the Clean Air Act
and the Safe Drinking Water Act
to wetlands regulation and the handling and discharge of hazardous materials.
He has represented major corporations, midmarket companies and family businesses in transactions and high stakes cost recovery claims in both state and federal courts. Wagenbach is a graduate of the Syracuse University College of Law, where he was executive editor of
the Law Review, and of Dartmouth College.
Senior joined Riker Danzig in 1998 and has extensive experience with complicated regulatory and transactional matters, including brownfields redevelopment, site remediation and ISRA, permitting and counseling, due diligence and
