UNVEILS SELF-
STORAGE PROJECT
A joint venture has taken the wraps off a new 78,500-square-foot self- storage facility in Winslow Township, bringing a new commercial ratable to the Camden County community.
The developers, Kokes Properties and Harvestate Group, have
tapped Extra Space Storage as
their operator at the project at 300 Sicklerville Road. Representatives of all three companies were on hand in late January to mark the building’s opening, joining local officials and other stakeholders.
Provident Bank provided financing for the project.
“On behalf of Winslow Township, we thank Kokes Properties and Harvestate Group for contributions to our community,” Mayor Barry Wright said. “The grand opening of this project is a testament to their superior business leadership and responsible corporate citizenship. We also thank the hard-working tradesmen and women who played a

LEASE-UP OF EAST
ORANGE RENTALS
The developer of a distinctive new mixed-use building in East Orange has leased more than 95 percent of the property’s 180 luxury apartments.
Newark-based Blackstone 360 announced Jan. 23 that it has surpassed the milestone at the complex known as Lotus 315. The benchmark for the building, the firm’s fourth project in the immediate area, comes just over six months after the developer opened the first two floors and launched its leasing campaign at 315 South Harrison St.
“Creating a structure of this size
and scale came with its own set of challenges, but

something unique,” said Airaj Hasan, CEO of B360. “Our bet paid off,

vital role in bringing this project to completion.”
The project’s debut comes six months after Kokes and Harvestate broke ground at the site, which
sits just north of the Atlantic City Expressway. The firms credited their general contractor, ARCO Design/ Build Industrial, with spearheading a smooth build-out.
“We’re confident that Extra Space at Winslow will meet the storage
with Chris Patron of Harvestate Group and project partner John Kirkenir of Kirkenir Associates.
Steve Patron, managing member
of Harvestate, also praised the support that the developers received from Winslow Township during the entitlement and construction phases.
“It takes a great team to bring a state-of-the-art facility such as this to fruition in less than a year,” he said. “Today, Winslow Township has a new community asset and ratable.”
REALESTATENJTM 29 The development team and Extra
Space are now poised to tap into the dozens of area businesses and residential properties that surround the project site.
“Extra Space Storage is delighted
to be managing this new Class A property,” said Dylan Taylor, Extra Space’s senior manager of third- party management. “Our brand and operating platform are well-equipped to provide a high level of service to the South Jersey region.”

With its curved, ship-like structure, the building stands apart from other multifamily projects in the region. a powerful endorsement for East Orange.”
B360 enlisted Striker Management and Leasing as its property management firm of record.
“We’re looking to create true connection within the community through our developments, and the happiness of each resident is at the center of that,” said Alina Zafar, director of marketing and corporate relations with B360. “The team at
Striker is helping translate our vision into meaningful relationships with the Lotus residents.”
The ground-floor space at Lotus 315 spans 33,000 square feet with an end- unit drive-thru, according to a news release. B360 has engaged grocers, restaurant and coffee shop operators, day care centers and medical office users as prospective tenants.
Meantime, the developer will further expand its portfolio with Allure 258, an 18-story luxury high-rise adjacent to Lotus 315, which is on track to be complete by summer 2021. RE
