ON THE HORIZON
We help companies maximize their real estate efficiencies while keeping the creative edge needed to succeed in this competitive market. We are continually evaluating how best to deal with the current inflation and supply chain issues. With construction cost up about 20%-30% for overall project costs we use specific design and material strategies to keep current cost and delivery issues in check.

PROJECT SPOTLIGHT
The Cambridge Club is a member-based pool social club, housing event spaces, restaurant, fitness center and a
pool complex. The site is a total renovation of the former Strathmore Swim Club. The main building, called the Clubhouse, includes an elegant restaurant, private lounge, fitness studio, luxury spa and a grand ballroom with an expansive roof deck.
The Clubhouse was designed as a harmonious modern oasis integrated with the site. Working with the existing terrain, the building was designed using a series of stepped terraces and courtyards, keeping the scale human. The terraces culminate with a partly covered rooftop deck that acts as the club’s main social hub. The rooftop deck takes advantage of the views of the pools, the grounds
and spectacular sunsets, all of which help to foster social gatherings. By keeping the building envelope compact on the site, there is ample property for future development to support the club economics.
