OUR ADVANTAGE
The business philosophy established over 30 years ago
was to provide “High quality Architectural Design”
with environmental harmonics to create trendsetting communities, while maintaining a “Customer Service First” agenda.
Retaining clients has always been a priority, thus we have a continued relationship three decades later with many of them. The success of our clients and their projects begins with the firm’s ability to listen.
From their Texas Corporate office, the firm fully understands the market and criteria in which New Jersey developers
are engaged. This is due to the company’s founder and President, Thomas Brennan, being a native, attributing his design success to the influences of living much of his life in New Jersey.
Embracing experienced associates has also strengthened the Architect-client communication. The ability to provide excellence throughout the entire construction process with consultants who contribute to the completed project is paramount.

include “at home” workspace, upgraded technology and the introduction of “green living.” Common area lobbies in multifamily have now been expanded to incorporate mail-package rooms and technology regarding security and communications.
Lifestyle amenities such as fitness areas, social gathering spaces inside and outdoors are now being reflective, providing the market edge for developers.
PROJECT SPOTLIGHT
Transit-oriented Mixed-use developments has been the focus of at least a dozen projects TJB Architects have been designing for the past three years. Providing a high-density solution within a five-story height restriction has been challenging yet successful.
The Avenue & Green project adjacent to the train in Woodbridge has retail and parking located on the main level with a courtyard amenity. The Citizen Linden apartments next to the train station in Linden provides two levels of subsurface parking with two amenity courtyards. Metro Rahway also is walking distance to the train. The Link at the Aberdeen station provided a mixed-use concept for commuters in a suburban setting.
High-density podium-style or attached garage projects also shared the spotlight like Rivergate in Bordentown, Central + Oak in East Rutherford and 202 Park Blvd. in Cherry Hill. Barnegat 67 was an active adult mixed use in Barnegat.
