ON THE HORIZON
As land development becomes more complex, so do
the roadway and infrastructure improvements required
to support them. Dynamic Traffic has seen a significant growth in the volume and magnitude of both driveway, intersection and off-site roadway improvements required to provide a desirable access solution for the end user. These improvement projects typically transcend local, County and State permitting, requiring a higher level of coordination between the development team and all interested parties to deliver a successful project. Our roadway/highway design team continues to grow and to deliver solutions and expertise to meet these challenges.
PROJECT SPOTLIGHT
Working as part of a multidisciplinary effort within the Dynamic Companies team, Dynamic Traffic played
a prominent role in providing Traffic Planning and Transportation Engineering services for the redevelopment
of a poorly operating commercial site in Summit, NJ. The existing site was constrained based on an unsafe intersection at its main site entrance, making it difficult for customers to access the site, resulting in an underperforming business. Dynamic Traffic reviewed the access and the adjacent intersection, and worked with the jurisdictions to come up with a viable solution to reconfigure the intersection and provide signalization at the main entrance to provide safe and inviting access into the redeveloped property. Dynamic Traffic provided multiple services including Traffic Planning, Traffic Signal Design Services, Intersection and Roadway Design Services, Construction Support Services and Permitting Services. This was a full team effort by the Dynamic Companies that required Transportation, Civil, Geotechnical and Survey services help bring this project to construction.
